I remember

I was with Sylvia when Warren was born we sat at the hospitol and i held you Warren you were a lovely baby and you continued through to yur youth being such a lovely boy, we shared many a laugh together and when i think of you Warren i am saddened that you never turmed to one of us, well boy i love you like one of my own and i miss you, be happy in heaven Warren and know you were a good lad, love you boy Mavis x x x

Warren your gratitude to things i did for you was second to none, i remember when you were coming up to thirteen i decided to take you to London for the day by coach, you always wanted to go to planet hollywood, we arrived just in time to go for lunch and we found planet hollywood you were amazed at the life size figure of Arnie and i took a picture of you standing by it you couldnt take your eyes off the big screens there and then they announced Bruce willis was entering the building your face was a picture, we then went to the palace and you had pics done with one of the guards,and we headed off to oxford street for you to spend your birthday money and spend you did, what stands out in my mind is when we were on the way home in the coach you tirned to me and said (Thank you Nan it has been a great day) an elderly couple behind heard you and they went awwwwwwwwww thats nice, i was so proud of you Warren thank you, that is just one of the many Lovely qualities of your loving nature, hugs Nana x x x

gone to soon, yes that's true, you gave the gift of life to me, and then in love you set me free. you filled my days with bright light and warm sweet nights, a kiss to wipe away my tears. i thank you for your tender care, for deep warm hugs and being there. i hope that when you think of me, a part of you, you'll always see. you filled my days with joy and laughter. turn your thoughts of me to laughter instead of tears. these are my gentle reassuring words that i hope ease a troubled mind. and have no doubts and fears as i am with you always.

We will never forget

Warren i just wanted to let you know i will never forget you ever, you were to good to be forgotten, and were so loved by many people you had talent with a beautiful voice and i know you could have made that x factor but it was not to be, we cant change things Warren i only wish we could, i am still working hard on your mother i noticed yesterday her puffy eyes she has cried everyday since you left us she had counciling for three years but they stopped it as they could do no more for her,i pray for the day she accepts this so that you can then move on with your role above, god bless you Warren you were the light in my life, love you Nana x x x

as long as we live, they too will live for they are nowa part of us, as we remember them.
when we are weary and in need of strengh
we remember them.
when we are lost and sick at heart
we remember them.
when we have decisions that are difficult to make
we remember them.
when we have joy we crave to share
we remember them.
when we have achievements that are based on theirs
we remember them.
for as long as we live, they too will live,
for they are now a part of us,

a letter from heaven

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...

but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.

I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.

Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.


Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.

Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.

That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,

God picked me up and hugged me and He said, 'I welcome you.'


It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.

As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.

I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.

There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.'


God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.

And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.

And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.

God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.


When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years

because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.

But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.

Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.


I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.

But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.

But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.

I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.



There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;

but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.

It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...

that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.



If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,

then you can say to God at night......'My day was not in vain.'

And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,

knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.


So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,

just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.

When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;

I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.


And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,

remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.
